Preliminary Budget Meeting
October 21, 2009
Town of Clearfield Preliminary Budget Meeting was held Wednesday, October 21, 2009. The following people were in attendance: Ron Bailey, Ron Lauden, Jim Suzda, Kathy Davis, Cindy Suzda, and George Davis.
Chairman Ron Bailey opened the meeting at 6:03pm. It was noted that the meeting had been properly posted.
The Year 2010 Budget as prepared by the Clerk was reviewed. The Clerk was instructed to verify the figures for all salaries and taxes; any remaining dollars would be put into road work-contracted.
Motion by Suzda, second by Lauden to send the proposed 2010 budget to public hearing. Motion carried.
Adjournment. Motion by Bailey, second by Lauden to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 6:50pm.
